How to Program a Robot in the Virtual Robotics Toolkit

This week’s tutorial will teach you how to write an EV3-G program and download it to your robot in the Virtual Robotics Toolkit, as well as demonstrate line following, Port View and Real Time Data.

The Virtual Robotics Toolkit (VRT) is a robotics simulation software made by Cogmation robotics, and allows you to prototype an EV3/NXT creation without the need for a physical robot, offering a cost-effective alternative. If you are interested in learning more, check it out on the Cogmation website here.
